As a condition of Fortball Fun League agreeing to accept my registration, I AGREE to be bound by the rules and regulations of the Fortball Fun League business, including paying all fees when due. I ACCEPT that I must participate in activities conducted by Fortball Fun League entirely at my own risk. In particular, I ACKNOWLEDGE that areas of timber sports floor on which indoor Fortball activities are conducted can from time to time be slippery as a result of condensation, spilt drinks, sweat from participants or spot leakes in roof structure during or following heavy rain. I ACKNOWLEDGE also that outdoor courts can from time to time be sippery as a result of dew or rain. I ACCEPT the risks of injury that come with participating in a ball sports and I HEARBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS FORTBALL FUN LEAGUE (officer employees, Contact contractors member and volunteers) FROM ANY LIABILITY IN TORT OR CONTRACT for any death, personal injury or porperty demage however caused arising out of my participation in any activities conducted by Fortball Fun League business. I note that the words “Participation” or “Participate” includes training, practicing, playing, coaching, officiating or observing an activity. RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT Standard Fortball Rules and Method are applied 2 x 20 minutes halves and 5 minutes half-time. Bibs, balls and referees are provided. No uniforms are required. $100 per player for 7 weeks (once-a–week game) is paid before the start of competition. Players are not permitted to take the court under the influence of alcohol. Players displaying unsportsmanlike behaviour can be suspended. If you are injured, you are required to fill in the Injury Book. Teams are strongly encouraged not to forfeit.
